Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients with a strategic business mindset and innovative sales ideas.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value and ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, support, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accountability for assigned targets and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and maintain punctuality, even in a hybrid work setup.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, BBS, or any Management, Business, or IT-related field) with 5+ years of experience (software industry preferred)
OR
Master’s Degree (Marketing or related field preferred) - Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of software solutions for businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle.
